Date and time: Sundays from 15.00 to 16.30.
Zumba is a great cardio - It offers You a lot of positive emotions and smiles.
- All movements are studied in turn and then performed to the music, which makes classes versatile and fun.
- It may seem a simple dance, it implies a specific set of exercises that are meant for different muscle groups.
Repeating those movements for many times with different rhythms, you will give a good load to the muscles, train the respiratory and cardiovascular system and raise the overall level of stamina.
Zumba is practised without a partner.
